Any problems with using Compression with Parse Server

Express supports Compression in the middleware

Express compression middleware (expressjs.com)

Will enabling this effect any of the Parse Server features ? LiveQuery ?

Is anyone already using it it in production ?

I believe it shouldn’t affect any of the features. Maybe you can try to modify Parse Server tests to use the middleware and check if all tests are passing.
